Healthy living

Too many of us spend hours in front of a computer, forget to eat breakfast, drink enough water, and don't have the required amounts of vitamins and minerals with our meals. The down side to all of this is being more succeptible to whatever virus happens to be going around.   Healthy snacks like fruit or fresh veggies can fight off hunger pangs and increase your vitamin intake.

If you have to sit at a desk for hours on end attending to business, take a break and stretch for a minute or so at hourly intervals.  Stretching your neck and shoulders can reduce the aching feeling that sometimes happens at the end of the day.

Eye strain can also be avoided by taking your eyes off of the computer screen for a couple of minutes every fifteen minutes.
